Fee guidance for audit work
We price by engagement, not by subscription. Most licence audits are fixed-fee after scoping; narrower reviews may use a day rate with a stated cap.
| Engagement | Typical basis | Indicative range (TWD) |
|---|---|---|
| Licence & controls audit | Fixed fee after scoping call | From 480,000 depending on product lines and site visits |
| AML programme health check | Capped day-rate or fixed fee | 180,000–320,000 for a standard sample set |
| Pre-diligence controls brief | Fixed package | 95,000 including workshop and memo |
| Board pack assurance | Per pack; quarterly retainer optional | 42,000 per pack · retainer quoted separately |
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of licensed product corridors and outsourced vendors in scope
- Whether fieldwork is fully remote or requires multi-site visits in Taiwan
- Readiness of evidence — organised rooms shorten fieldwork
- Need for Mandarin and English board materials in the same cycle
- Compressed timelines ahead of a fixed renewal or diligence date
What we do not bill as extras
- Reasonable draft clarification rounds on findings
- A single closing briefing for leadership
- Secure transfer of working papers at engagement close
Travel outside the agreed Taiwan fieldwork plan, and any work that expands after kickoff, is confirmed in writing before it is billed.
Deposits and invoicing
Fixed-fee audits typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the fieldwork window, with the balance due on delivery of the final report. Day-rate work is invoiced weekly against the agreed cap. These figures are informational; your engagement letter states the binding amounts.
