Terms of use & engagement

These terms govern access to https://platformsecuritynet.digital and, where referenced in an engagement letter, professional audit services provided by Platform Security Net (“we,” “us”). By using the site or commissioning work, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services described online

Pages describing audits for fintech operators are informational. Binding scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables appear only in a signed engagement letter. Website fee ranges are indicative and may change.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics we create, remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without written consent. Working papers and reports delivered under an engagement letter are licensed to the client as stated in that letter; ownership of our underlying methodologies remains with us.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to evidence, and appropriate authorisations for interviews. Delays in evidence may extend fieldwork without reducing fees already earned for completed stages.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or professional obligation. Mutual NDAs may supplement these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from a specific engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made solely on draft findings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

No guarantee of regulatory outcome

Our audits assess controls and evidence at a point in time. We do not guarantee licence approvals, examination results, investor decisions, or banking partner outcomes.

Website use

The site may be unavailable during maintenance. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse forms for spam.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless an engagement letter specifies a different forum for that matter.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
